Hazard Correction

Correction procedures with timelines, interim protection, and tracking system.

Unsafe conditions shall be corrected in a timely manner per CCR Title 8 §3203(a)(6):

• Imminent danger: Work stopped immediately, area secured

• Serious hazard: Corrected within 24 hours

• Other hazards: Corrected within 7 calendar days

When correction cannot be completed immediately, interim protective measures shall be implemented to protect employees from the hazard. All corrections are tracked in the IIPP Correction Log until verified complete.

Incident Investigation

Investigation procedure, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and Cal/OSHA reporting requirements.
