1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SafeDocs (getsafedocs.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SafeDocs provides AI-generated safety plan documents for commercial construction subcontractors. Documents are generated based on user-provided form data and are delivered as downloadable PDF files.

3. User Obligations

When using SafeDocs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all form fields
  • Review all generated documents before use or submittal
  • Use generated documents only for lawful purposes
  • Not resell, redistribute, or white-label generated documents
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer our generation process

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed in US dollars and are one-time payments per document. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

5. Document Delivery

Upon successful payment, your document will be generated and made available for download. A download link will also be sent to the email address you provide. Download links expire after 72 hours. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated document for your company's internal business purposes, including GC submittal. SafeDocs retains no ownership claim over the content of your generated document. The SafeDocs brand, website design, and generation technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Documents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SafeDocs does not warrant that generated documents will meet the requirements of any specific General Contractor, regulatory body, or OSHA inspector. See our Disclaimer for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific document in question.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
