SafeDocs ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services at getsafedocs.io.

Information You Provide

  • Form Data: Company name, address, project details, competent person information, and other data you enter into our safety plan forms.
  • Email Address: Collected at checkout and for waitlist signups.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store credit card numbers.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We track page views and referral sources only.

How We Use Your Information

  • To generate your safety plan document based on the form data you provide.
  • To process your payment and deliver your PDF.
  • To send your download link via email.
  • To notify you when new document types launch (waitlist only, with your consent).
  • To improve our service and fix technical issues.

Data Storage & Security

Your form data and generated documents are stored securely in our database (Supabase, hosted on AWS). Generated PDFs are stored in private cloud storage with signed URLs that expire after 72 hours. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

Data Retention

We retain your order data for as long as needed to provide our service and comply with legal obligations. Generated PDFs are available for download for 72 hours after generation. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
