Digital Product

SafeDocs delivers digital products (PDF documents) that are generated on demand. Because each document is custom-generated based on your specific project data, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

When We Issue Refunds

  • Generation failure: If our system fails to generate your document and you do not receive a PDF, you will receive a full refund automatically.
  • Technical issues: If you are unable to download your document due to a technical error on our end, we will either resolve the issue and provide a new download link or issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same document twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.

When We Do Not Issue Refunds

  • The generated document was successfully delivered and downloaded, but you are unsatisfied with the content. Because each document is AI-generated and customized to your inputs, we encourage you to review the form page and disclaimer before purchasing.
  • Your GC rejected the submitted plan. SafeDocs does not guarantee acceptance by any specific General Contractor. See our Disclaimer.
  • You provided inaccurate information in the form, resulting in a document that does not match your actual project conditions.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@getsafedocs.io with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
