30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind SafeDocs with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Email support@getsafedocs.io with your order ID and we will process your refund promptly.

Additional Refund Scenarios

  • Generation failure: If our system fails to generate your document and you do not receive a PDF, you will receive a full refund automatically.
  • Technical issues: If you are unable to download your document due to a technical error on our end, we will either resolve the issue and provide a new download link or issue a full refund.
  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same document twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Pro Subscriptions

For Pro monthly or annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial subscription, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period with no further charges.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@getsafedocs.io with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
